As a real estate agent, I love representing people who are either buying or selling a home.  I have been a part of my community on the North Shore of Massachusetts for over forty years, and I know the real estate market here very well.  

When I moved here in 1968, I fell in love with being near the ocean.  I could hear the fog horns coming in over the water and the ropes banging on the masts of the boats.  I learned that "steamers" were clams, and that if you went down to the fishing docks in the summer, you could buy lobsters fresh off the boats for a much better price than the market (and a lot fresher, too).  Then I learned not to be squeamish when I cooked them.  I love lobster!!!

Over the years, I have lived in Salem, Hathorne, Gloucester, and now I have a home in Beverly.  My son and granddaughter were both born in Salem. My son and I both graduated from college here.  Through all these years, I have seen the real estate market change considerably, but always with these coastal areas being very popular.
