| It was a pleasure to work with Tom while buying our new home. We were a family living in two states while my husband supervised the completion of some work on the 'old' home and I and one of our sons were already in the new area in time for the start of the new school year. Knowing that our house-hunting time was limited to weekends only when my husband could join us, Tom gave us large blocks of his weekends to show us many new home candidates. His knowledge of the of the area and years of experience provided us insights to the ins/outs of the deal and he negotiated a good price for our new home. In addition, he provided us with recommendations for other professional services needed for the purchease and stayed in close contact with us right through the close. Tom's professionalism and knowledge places him at the top of our list for any future real estate needs. Highly recommend. |
