A native of Miami and third-generation Floridian, Tom has lived in Central Florida for the past 20 years. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors in such areas as Winter Garden, West Orange County, and East Lake County.
Tom Rumph joined La Rosa Realty in October 2016 as a Sales Associate. A real estate investor since 2006, Tom initially obtained a real estate license to buy and sell investment properties. Today, Tom’s objective is to help clients find affordable, luxury properties that are also a smart investment.
As an experienced real estate investor, Tom’s knowledge of purchasing properties to fix, sell or hold is an asset to you. He’s an experienced landlord, private lender, and has extensive education in most aspects of real estate investing and earned a Professional Housing Provider certification from the National Real Estate Investors Association. With his current focus on investing in debt, Tom has plenty of time to work with retail and investor clients.

Prior to becoming a full time real estate professional, Tom had many roles in converged communications technology at Avaya, Lucent, AT&T and their predecessors. He had the honor and privilege of working in and leading multi-national teams in the areas of new product introduction, professional services delivery, application design, and software development.

When Tom isn’t keeping abreast of the local real estate market or assisting clients, you are likely to find him spending time with wife, Joan and their Chihuahua, Harley. He enjoys travelling in his spare time, competition waterskiing, is a pilot, and certified scuba diver.
