PROFESSIONALISM: I noticed from the beginning that Trisha was very professional in how she dealt with me and with the entire process. She was very prompt (I’m talking minutes) in responding to the four million questions I would ask her. She never got frustrated once or emailed me in a way where it was cursory. | We knew Trisha about 3 years ago. A friend introduced her to us. Even at that time we were not fully engaged in buying a home, she still showed us a few houses to give us inspiration and ideas on our future home. We completed our buying finally this year. | My experience with this realty group was downright amazing! Everything seemed to go together like a puzzle with almost no effort required. Buyer and seller communication between the Trisha was great. Trisha P. worked very hard to get my wife and I what we wanted. Closing was also a pleasant experience all of the paperwork and everything was together and correct without one single issue. | Trisha was great throughout the process. She had a great eye for detail and noticed many details or flaws in houses that my wife and I didn't notice. If she didn't know the answer to a question, she found out the answer as quickly as possible. She knew the type of house we were looking for and she didn't waste our time looking at houses that didn't fit our needs or price range. We never felt rushed to make a decision. | I would recommend Trisha to anyone looking to buy a home, especially military families and first time buyers. I had a ton of questions before and after buying the home, all of which were answered quickly and clearly. I was able to drive up to look at houses. She showed me the houses I requested, but also showed me a house that had not yet come on the market that she thought we may like. I instantly fell in love and within the next day began the offer process. She made the process very easy for us and we were able to sign all the paperwork in Oklahoma where we had lived at the time. She went above and beyond our expectations and continues to do so anytime I have a question about places/things to do/etc locally. |
