In addition to being a real estate professional, I am the Principal of Thomas Planning Resources, a professional consulting firm offering planning services to local government and private companies. I'm a nationally certified land planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), a certification which I have held for eight years.  Working for planners and civil engineers over the past eleven years has given me a wealth of information concerning all types of land development, including small and large scale residential, commercial, industrial, mixed use and public facilities.  In addition to my AICP certification, I also have a Masters degree in Geography and Planning from West Chester University. Prior to working as a planner I worked as a certified paralegal for several law firms in Chester and Berks Counties, one of which focused on real estate,land use and municipal law.
