Get to Know Cordi Powell, CFP®, EA

Hello! I‘m Cordi Powell, I founded Favored Financial Planning to serve people from all walks of life with sound financial advice and planning. Favored provides comprehensive financial planning that includes goal setting, investment analysis and strategy, budgeting, an objective insurance review, estate planning, and any financial topic that you feel you need to discuss with your financial advisor.

Why is Favored different?

(1) Comprehensive planning also includes tax planning, preparation, and Cordi dealing with the IRS, not YOU!

(2) You don't receive a stack of papers, i.e. your financial plan, that is complicated and intimidating. You work with me (Cordi) through a series of yearly appointments to help you reach your financial goals!

I strive first to be the person you can trust with your finances; and eventually a valued friend. Regardless of race, political or religious beliefs, people have more in common than differences. Wouldn’t it be great to live daily with the perspective that friends are family you find along the way in life? Here's to new friends!  ~ Cheers

CFP® - CFP®  and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM, are professional certification marks granted in the United States by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (“CFP Board”).
The CFP® certification is a voluntary certification; no federal or state law or regulation requires financial planners to hold CFP® certification. It is recognized in the United States and a number of other countries for its (1) high standard of professional education; (2) stringent code of conduct and standards of practice; and (3) ethical requirements that govern professional engagements with clients.

EA (Enrolled Agent) - In the United States of America, an Enrolled Agent is a tax advisor, authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service for tax issues, including audits, collections, and appeals.

Would you rather work with a "financial advisor" trying to reach his 1st 200 clients or a financial planner who has capped the number of clients so she can provide 1st class service?
