I specialize in residential real estate in the Boulder and North Metro market. I follow many blogs, social networks, local, and national news sources. This enables me to give people the local and national perspective and see trends coming before they become obvious.
I have a finance degree and have worked in many facets of the banking, mortgage, and real estate industry for the last 15 years. I am BOTH a licensed mortgage broker and Realtor.
I work with both sellers, buyers, and especially first-time home buyer's.
I have the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative) accrediation which less than 10% of all agents nationwide have. This enables me to truly educate my buyers in market trends and the numerous lending changes. Sellers greatly appreciate my comprehensive knowledge of the many submarkets in the North Metro area and having lived here for 15 years I have seen it grow.
I have been a mortgage broker for 15 years and have seen drastic changes in the industry. I did not participate in the exotic products of the last 5-7 years and counselled many people to avoid these products. People want more transparency and disclosure- which I couldn't agree more with.
My passion is helping people buy and sell real estate. I have been a realtor and mortgage broker for a combined 15 years and my clients greatly appreciate my knowledge of market trends and finance.
