Hirst Home Inspection will perform a detailed visual inspection of your homes structure and systems.  Our inspections include but are not limited to; electrical, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, roof, foundation, as well as wood destroying organisms such as termites, carpenter ants and fungi.  Our reporting system is very concise and easy to read and will come to you via e-mail, on-site, or nicely bound in a book format.  We pride ourselves on being able to get your report to you in the most timely manner possible.  We understand that a report can hold up a transaction and we want you to have one less thing to worry about.  We will have your report in most cases by e-mail within 2-3 hours after the inspection and always within 24 hours. 

Travis has been in the Skagit county for over 24 years.  He knows the county and the people living within the county.  Travis started Hirst Home Inspection in 2007 after making a decision to change careers.  He had spent the last 20 years in the automotive industry with the last 13 years being with a prominent dealership in the Mount Vernon/Burlington area.

Travis has been formally trained by Inspection Training Associates as well as Professional Home Inspection Institute.  He is a proud member of NACHI and upholds a very strict code of ethics as well as standards of practiced through NACHI.  Travis is also a member of local associations such as Skagit Island Builders Association (SICBA), and North Puget Sound Association of Realtors (NPSAR).  Travis has also been certified by the Washington State Agriculture Department as a licensed Strucural Pest Inspector.  As a member of NACHI he is continually taking new courses and learning new areas of the inpection bussiness to meet continuing education requirements.
