Trademark is a family company and was founded on years of experience in the construction industry. In those years we have learned to anticipate the clients' needs and expectations when they are building or buying a home. Through structured processes, written specifications and precise budgeting, our construction process creates a time and budget-efficient project, resulting in a high quality home. Our trade partners are very dedicated to quality products and service which has allowed us to market our homes as a work of art. Trademark homes are meticulously pre-planned using our extensive construction knowledge and experience to make each of the homes we build a work of art. We build each home as if it is the only home we will build assuring great attention to detail and construction quality. Consideration is given to the functionality of the plan with an effort to foresee the future and how a homeowner might inhabit the space. From potential furniture layouts to traffic patterns to the outdoor curb appeal, we design and build with the homeowner's interest in mind. Building homes is a passion of ours and we hope that we can create an experience for our clients that will lead them to enjoy homebuilding as much as we do. We are proud to partner with Bonded Builder's Warranty Group. This allows Trademark to offer a 10 year structural warranty with the comfort of knowing each Trademark home is backed by a nationwide, third-party warranty group.
Certifications
Trademark Builders is experienced in building energy star certified homes and residential remodeling projects. New energy star homes use 15% less energy than a standard construction home built to the minimum building code. Clients are surprised at just how affordable and energy star home can be. With many incentives to lower energy usage and environmental impact, a home can be built to energy star specifications for not much more than a standard home. These homes also provide higher quality indoor air which can be most beneficial to homeowners who may have asthma or other breathing difficulties.
We are a very hands-on company, providing close, personal attention to each client and every home we build. We strive to exceed each and every client's expectations by providing constant communication during construction. Once the home is complete, we conduct a new home orientation explaining every facet of your new home while assuring you are happy with your new investment.
