As manager of the Westfield West office, I conduct regularly scheduled in-office workshops on a variety of topics to educate our sales team, allowing my agents to remain ahead of the industry standards while growing their business. In addition, I provide one-on-one coaching sessions for my agents to ensure their personal success.
