While some enter into this profession as a sales opportunity, my approach was, and still is, quite different. With a college degree in hand, I was in search my career path. Having focused my studies on interpersonal relationships, I wanted to feel as though the path chosen was meaningful to others. My eyes were opened to the real estate industry - though I had always had an interest, I never truly saw the connection in my true passion of helping others and selling homes. That was until the day I sat with a mentor to peel away the layers - he helped me realize there was a very important correlation.

To this day, more than ten years later, I wake up energized each day as I know the activity conducted today will result in a very memorable event for those entrusting me with one of their largest financial decisions - a true milestone in their lives.

Having worked in both the commercial and residential realms, I know my true calling is to work with the individual. Yes, it is a sales position; however, traits like compassion, loyalty and quality work are important to establish a lifetime of successful relationships.

Not wanting to show limitations of my areas of focus, it is important to let you know areas of expertise and/or experience.

First and foremost is a successful career in working with homebuyers. Having been blessed over the years with individuals I meet and are able assist in their home search process; it never fails that each connection made with a new homebuyer then results in their referral of another individual or family. The process of receiving referrals further confirms that my methods of placing customer service before that of a sales commission is well received and appreciated - why else would referrals be considered.

Growing and progressing with my clientele is also important, thus, educating each individual about the enormous opportunities for wealth in the real estate venue is imperative. Teaching a first-time homebuyer about their first step to establishing a portfolio, taking a client from one home to another via their equity or by assisting in the purchase of an investment property - all experiences continue to deepen the long-term relationship between myself and my clients.

Of course, listings are an every day part of the real estate process and through the amazing niche marketing with Net Equity Real Estate, successful listing sales are an integral piece to current successes.

The real estate experience truly is not over when keys are exchanged... it is just the beginning.
