My experience with Tracie Diemert as my real estate agent.... I should start by telling you how I found her. I had gone through three real estate agents, one who left on vacation in the middle of a transaction inspection, that went south, leaving me to hire an attorney to pick up the mess. The second, lost me a deal by neglecting to ask one simple question, then the third... well, she was just a very smooth talker that tried to sell me something that I didn't want for the sake of rushing a buyer to close on a house. By the time I went through such bad real estate agent experiences, I started just representing myself all the while knowing I couldn't do it myself. As I was calling an agent to look at one of her listings, Tracie Diemert, I explained to her that I wasn't represented and trying to just find a house on my own after not thinking I could find a good agent. She said to me "I would like to apply for that job, and prove to you that there are good agents that really do care out there". I was impressed with her statement and decided to give it a go with her, and sincerely.. I'm beyond thankful that I did. My experience with Tracie was not just one that I saw how much she really worked hard for me, but that she really enjoys what she does and has a high standard of following ethics and doing what ever it took to get the job done for me. She did not have an easy task, as my search area covered two county's and several cities... but she was always on the ball! Always there to show me the home I wanted to see and making it a very personal experience for me. Very patient in the process, knowing when to share advice and opinion and when to you give you the space to soak it all in. She really did give me hope throughout the process, as at times I was wondering if I'd find a home that met my requirements. I sincerely can't say enough about how Tracie really has such a genuine and professional personality, yet also very personable and showing that she truly cares for your life circumstance and what has you moving in life. She's trustworthy, highly skilled and she's truly a very special agent that I think would do very well with any home buying/selling experience. She knows her business and in a sellers market, she saved me thousands! And in this market, I think that's difficult to do... she's skilled in real estate and compassionate, professional and cares about both sides of the transaction. I enjoyed seeing her smile each time we went looking and sincerely could not have done it without her. I think she would do especially well with all demographics buying or selling. She takes the time to meet you where you need her to and goes out of her way to go above and beyond ... and I can tell you, from dealing with three other agent's before her... that is very hard to find! She's a gem, and will get the job done right for you! I'm glad that I'll still get to see her for years to come :) Thank you Tracie! 5 Stars!!! |

Tracie was fantastic to work with - professional , frequent updates throughout the process, and knowledgeable. Tracie was also great about assisting with the legwork - getting bids on items to fix/clear for buyers, co-ordinating cleaners, contractors , etc. She even dug in and helped clean the place out when previous renters had left some old stuff lying around! Felt like I had a partner who was truly interested in getting the home sold! |

As a first time home buyer, I knew nothing about the process and how everything would play out. Tracie took the time to explain each step to my husband and I, and she kept us informed every step of the way! I was told by friends and family to be prepared for everything that could wrong, to go wrong. Nothing went wrong! Tracie took such good care of us and knew exactly what she was doing. The whole process was easy with no hiccups! I would honestly recommend Tracie to anyone I know, or even people I don't know, who are looking to buy a home. My family is now in our first dream home, in our dream location, with exactly what we wanted! I am so grateful to Tracie and the time and attention she gave to us to make this happen! |

We just bought the home of our dreams in May! Tracie Diemert is AMAZING! She was there for us throughout the WHOLE process of buying a home. She was always available to answer any questions we had and when it came time to look at houses her hours were flexible and she worked around our family's schedule. Not only is she a real and down to earth person, but she is savvy, creative and up to date on all of the current housing issues and opportunities available. Thank you Tracie, we love our house! You are the best!! Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Marysville, WA |
