| I have worked with a number of RE agents over the yrs & Troy is at the top of my list. He is very methodical & organized in his approach while maintaining a personable style that makes you feel like you have a savvy friend representing your interests. He is also an experienced agent on both the buying & selling ends which was very important for me. Maybe everyone feels like their deal is unique... | I've purchased three Charleston area homes through Troy and I wouldn't recommend anyone else. One was a short sale which you hear horror stories about but Troy helped make the process smooth and worry-free. I wouldn't buy a home using any other realtor! Troy was willing to go way above what was required of him as an agent on our last home purchase.
