Being the wife of a career Navy man I know moving. Relocating is stressful whether it is across country or across town. My job is to help my client's move as painless as possible whether buying or selling. The client's best interest are always forefront and center. I feel about Real Estate this way: I once had a doctor tell me he does this type of surgery several times a day, 5 days a week. I replied "I don't so I'm feeling a little nervous.".
I predominantly work with first time homebuyers. I am a Certified First Time Home Buyers Presenter and am very familiar with the incentives that are availavble. As an agent in Florida I specialized in New Home Sales. Since coming to Century 21 Larry Miller Realty I achieved 21 Club Status and was Top Selling Agent for the Richmond County office the month of March.
