| I bought my first house through Teri about 18 years ago. I cannot tell you how lucky I was to have ended up with her! She taught me about about the process of real estate, what I should expect from my realtor, was patient, answered my millions of questions, and got me the house I wanted. I later moved out of the house but rented it out and had her handle my rental and act as my property manager for the 8 years that I rented it out. I then had her act as my selling agent when I sold the house during the real estate boom. She was the best!!! Working with her really came in handy later as I bought a condo in San Diego, which I later rented out as well. In the case of the sale and the rental, I ended up with terrible realtors. Lucky for me Teri had showed me what I should expect from the process, and, not feeling intimidated by the "experts", took over the handling of the process myself and even fired one of them. I wish Teri had been closer by. I recommend her 150% for any real estate transaction out there!!! On a personal note, even though she's likely had hundreds of clients since we worked together, she still apparently remembers me as I just got a recommendation from her on LinkedIn!
