| 5/5 Stars - Highly likely to recommend (review found on Zillow.com) Sold a Townhouse home in 2015 We are so thankful to have been put in Mr. Black's path! We had been struggling for almost two years to sell our home on short sell terms before Mr. Black was presented to us. We are very direct people and were happy to learn that so is Mr. Black! From our very first meeting all intentions were made clear: we wanted to sell our home as quickly as possible, and he wanted to make sure that it was sold. That was it. Nothing more than that. He gave clear advice on issues to address to ensure that the home did sell and he had resolutions available to all problems that came up. There was no down time with him. His patience, faith, and focus kept us calm when trouble popped up and reassured us that things were under control and continuously moving forward. He helped lift a heavy financial burden off of our family, and did I mention that it was all done OVER THE PHONE?! Not one face-to-face meeting and we still trusted that things were being handled. Our military life did not allow us to be in-state with our home, but Mr. Black absolutely delivered the amazing service that he promised. |

A professional from the initial introduction about my property from me, to a close critiquing of the property, making suggestions when necessary to make sure the curb and eye appeals were seen by potential buyers. The video that was done for the internet was outstanding and was a draw to a number of buyers. Mr. Black was available for any of my questions via text, phone or email throughout this process. This could have been a very frustrating process, however, Toney was knowledgeable and forthright to the very end. Thank you, Toney Black! |

Both times he showed us many properties in different areas so we could get a feel of what was out there. During the entire process Toney was extremely detailed and patient. Additionally, Toney is a bulldog when it is time to negotiate with the realtor on the other side. In short, Toney is the BEST! |

He was always in touch with us through email and phone, he was on top of any new house listings and let us know so we could go see them if they fit what we were looking for, and he was extremely patient with us looking at house after house until we found exactly what we were looking for in a home to raise our girls in. I can truly say that you won't find someone that you can trust more to work hard for you and care as much as you do to find a house within your budget that meets all your needs.
