As a long time resident (since 1972) of North Delta, I know the area, schools and Real Estate Market better than anyone. I am a full time Realtor that is on top of all the new inventory daily which gives me a leading edge when it comes to pricing homes and finding that perfect home. I also come from a Real Estate back ground as both my mother & father were in Real Estate while growing up and I also had the privledge of my father mentoring me through my first 4.5 years of selling Real Estate.
North Delta is where I farm and spend most of my time but I do Sell (Buyers & Sellers) in most areas the Fraser Valley. Although, many sellers stay in the same municpality when moving, others move out of the area so I help them as well. What I do not work in is Vancouver or the North Shore. I know no more about the Vancouver Market than a Vancouver Realtor knows about North Delta. I always suggest going with the "Local Guy".
I am a graduate of UBC Real Estate Trading Course and have some other post Secondary School training. I am always trying too stay on top of "what is new" in the Real Estate Industry.
