I have been in Real Estate now since Jan. 08. Being licensed and getting another business off the ground has been challageing, but considering how the media can make things sounds, it has not been to bad so far. As a new agent, building clientail is the key. Especially where I am wanting to market a real estate business. I am also a TN Licensed General Contractor, which I feel helps know the rights and wrong of a home, but I also do new constructed homes on the lake. At this point in my life, I have taken a huge step and developing almost 500 acres here in Smithville, Tenn.  I am willing to take any advice anyone can give me, in this end of the business, being new at this I want to make sure my people walk away from a deal as happy as they can.
