| "I have been in the Real Estate industry for nearly 20 years and have dealt with many professionals in the industry over these years. When my wife Laura and I decided to list our home in Manalapan, we had numerous professionals to choose from and decided to list our home with Theano and Michael Meyers. We feel that we made a great decision choosing them. In what has continued being a very challenging real estate market, we were very pleased with the steps that they had taken to market our home. They provided excellent market analysis, both at the beginning and throughout the entire process. They are in tune with what is going in the market. Also, they had done a number of "Realtor" open houses and a number of open houses to the general public; these were the type of events that had given us very good traffic in our home. It also gave us very good feedback on our home, which they shared with us. We actually made some changes during the process and it was based on this constructive feedback. One of the other important things that the Meyers' team did was to offer us a home staging company. While, we thought our home presented itself very well, we found out differently when we met with their home staging professionals. The end result was a much less cluttered home and a staging process that really presented our home in a much more appealing way to potential buyers. We realized that we had to be open-minded with this process and both Laura and I were very, very pleased with the end results. There are statistics that show if your home is staged professionally and priced right, it will give your home a competitive advantage and it will sell faster than others that are not staged and not priced correctly. This proved to be true in our case, because we have sold our home in a time frame that was under the average listing time for homes in our price range. Again, they had good facts and instincts about the market and the price the home should have been listed for and the staging was the icing on the cake. Overall, I would say that, we have been really pleased with the professionalism and caring attitude from Theano and Michael, as well as the end results. They have done an outstanding job and we would not have any reservation about recommending the Meyers' team to our friends or family." |
