She will bend over backwards to try and accommodate her clients request and always keeps her clients informed of what is transpiring in their transaction. Tanya repeatedly kept my best interest at heart even though it was not always to her benefit to do so, as it often created more work for her and delayed any potential payday for her. | There are no surprises why Tanya is such a successful person. She very eloquently demonstrated her understanding of the importance of first contact, to assisting the buyer/seller with every facet of the process leading to the most amicable settlement for all vested parties. Tanya, was able to sell our house before other homes which were on the market for weeks/months before our listing. Her professionalize in staging/presentation resulted in the highest price for any comparable property sold in the area, with multiple offers within the first 15 days.
