Get to Know Debi Grim
We are an independent title agency with 100 years of title and real estate law experience. We conduct closings throughout the State of Maryland and travel to our clients if necessary. We are NOT witness notaries; we ARE seasoned title professionals who truly care that our clients understand the documents that are being presented to them. Plain language explanations. No legalese spoken here!
In my free time I enjoy boating, swimming, reading, photography, and spending time with my German Shepherd rescue baby named Shredder, and my Sheltie named Squiggles. I am happily married and have lived in Anne Arundel County my entire life.

| When the Northern Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce decided to purchase a building and make it their permanent home, they turned to Aegis Title Associates, LLC who very efficiently and quickly handled the title work and settlement process. There were some last minute changes required, but they were right on top of it and made sure that all parties were updated. It was a difficult settlement because of the number of parties involved, but Aegis Title Associates, LLC handled it flawlessly! They made the whole settlement process much easier and less stressful than it might have been. |
