Tina is the 2015 founding Chairman of the Orlando Regional REALTOR Association Property Management Council. She also has served multiple years on ORRA's Grievance Committee. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for FloridaRealtors and a supporter and regular attender to REALTOR Days in Tallahassee.
Tina was the 2011 President of the Orlando Chapter of NARPM - the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She was a two time recipient of the President's Award, the Rising Star Award and continues to be one of NARPM's most distinguished members.
For fun Tina is also a certified Jazzercise Instructor. The original aerobic exercise class, Jazzercise, combines dance, strength training, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing movements into one fun and effective total body workout. | Hi Tina, 1. From the few Google searches I did on the property, I was pleased to see that it was listed on multiple sites, with a good description, and photos. 2. I did receive weekly emails. 3. I was very pleased it was rented within 4-5 weeks of the posting, even before the current lease expired, and for the initially marketed rate. 4. I received a copy of the lease with this email. It has been great working with your office so far, and I was very pleased with the support and direction received having the property listed for both rent and sale. |
