| We love Tina! Patient, friendly, timely, organized, generous with her time, and NEVER rushed us. While I was not the one purchasing the house, I was involved in the whole process of my boyfriend buying his first home (Tina was his realtor). She had so much patience with us, handled the whole process with as much care as we did, and was always on top of things. She answered every questioned we threw at her (even if she needed to research it), and never lost it when we needed reminding of certain laws/regulations. Through any means we contacted her, she always got back to us in a very timely manner. While she admitted she wasn't as familiar with the area we were looking, she CLEARLY did her research. Every time we went to look at homes (every weekend for about 2 months), she had appointments for the homes we requested, and even more to look at. Tina had a great understanding/grasp of the type of home we were be interested in viewing, and never disappointed. Often times, the homes we requested to view (pictures looked good) weren't even close to the ranking of the homes she picked out. We got to the point where we would ask if a home was worth viewing, in an attempt to stop wasting everyone's time. haha. She was always very organized and punctual (I'm a time stickler). At one point (after we moved everything in), we spoke with the listing agent who dealt with Tina personally (through our process), and he spoke very highly of Tina. He mentioned, "That was one of the smoothest sales and easiest realtors I've ever dealt with!" I don't recall how many years he said he'd been in the business, but he did mention he's senior and has been in the business since he was quite young. We could not have been happier with any other realtor. We are so grateful to have had Tina be our realtor! |

| I was very skeptical of realtors after my first home purchase but Tina dispelled all my worries. She was great to work with was very responsive. She made herself available whenever she could and was very good about showing us homes that we would like. She is very knowledgeable and has good experience. We chose her to help us purchase our second home and to sell our first one. I can't say enough good things about her. She is down to earth and it was a great pleasure working with her. |

| Tina Jan helped my wife and I find a home in the beautiful K Hovanian's Four Seasons gated community in Beaumont, California. She did a very good job of identifying homes that might work for us, setting appointments and guiding us through the showings. As fortune would have it the home we decided upon was short sale. We had to move very quickly as this was a very nice property. Tina prepared the offer and necessary paper work post haste and we were off and running. Tina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the short sale process and helped us understand it. I should say that almost all of the negotiation and communications were done long distance via phone, text and email. As we could not do the property inspection physically, Tina was there in our stead. After reams of paperwork we were able to close quickly and without difficulties. Good job, Tina! Tina's appearance is very professional and her nature is very upbeat: just what we were looking for. My wife and I would recommend Tina without reservation. |

| The first time we used Tina was when we bought our first house in the winter of 2006. During that process, she was extremely helpful. We had no idea what we were doing when it came to making a purchase. We looked at several houses and ended choosing one we liked. Tina discussed each of the documents in clear terms we understood and assisted us through the entire process in such a polite and friendly manner. Buying our first house was actually a pleasant experience, and I truly believe it is due to Tina's help. Because our first experience was so nice with Tina, we came back to her for our second home purchase. This time my wife and I were a little more picky and had a lot more options available. Tina must have shown us 30 to 40 homes in the local area within a few short months. I know I was sick of looking at homes, but Tina showed no reservation and no hesitation in showing us any houses we wanted to see, on top of houses she thought would suit our needs. Again, throughout the entire process, Tina was professional, friendly, responsive, and extremely helpful. I like dealing with people I can trust when it involves such a big purchase. I trust Tina and know that she is a honest, hardworking individual who listens to her clients. I respect her and the great work she does. I will be coming back to her when it time for the third house! |
