EXTRA!!  EXTRA!!  READ ALL ABOUT ME!!  Hi my name is Timmy (yes I said Timmy) and Welcome to YOUR Real Estate E-commerce Marketing Professional's profile.  Real Estate is my passion and has been most of my life.  While getting my nails done, I'm not following what Kim Kardashian is doing (I TIVO that), I'm reading Dream Homes Magazine, REALTOR.org Magazine and online blogs, or even better, LinkedIn updates from Real Estate Brokers, Agents, and Mortgage professionals just like yourself. 

Even though I don't meet most of my clients face to face, I get personally connected with each and every one of them as if I've known them my entire life.  Listening to your needs, wants, goals, and barriers allows me to educate you on using modern day technology to apply to your current/existing business model to ensure you are progressively achieving and exceeding your goals; No matter how big, small, or tough you think your market is.  Long term we all have the same goal ... to be REFERRAL ONLY, right?  What is holding you back?

Realtors!  Yes I'm talking to you.  Is your housing market tough?  Of course, it is everywhere, but only if you let it be.  Are you working harder this year than you did last year?  How about 6 years ago?  WHY?  You should be working smarter.  Are you behind on the times?  You are if you're not consistently getting NEW business from the internet because almost 95% of BUYERS start online.  Fact!

Working with clients on a National level benefits both of us.  I get to hear  and share opinions, ideas, business plans, obstacles, market trends, and facts for success for your industry from thousands of your competitors everyday.  This only ensures that I create hundreds of solutions for Real Estate all the time.  What is the most common objection I hear all time when proposing a new marketing plan?  "My clients don't use the internet, social media, or SMART phones."  Umm hello?  Did you just hear yourself?  Who are you selling houses too?  Seniors?!  In 10 years are your clients still going to be old and under educated on today's technology?  I doubt that.  FACT: In 2009 the average AGE of a first-time home buyer was 33.  That made almost 50% of homes sold in the United States.  Still don't think the internet can bring you business?
