Tim and Kerry Haitz are husband and wife Realtors and they live in Southlake Texas.

We are both college graduates with Business and Marketing Degrees with many years of Corporate Sales and Marketing experience prior to becoming full time Realtors in 1997.  Since then, we have helped 100's of people relocate to the DFW area.  We have also listed and sold scores of properties for friends and neighbors.  The majority of our local buyers and sellers have come through friends and neighbors, most of which originated as a result of their 3 [now grown] children's participation in school activities as well as numerous sports and other activities throughout the DFW Metroplex.  Those moving from other areas of the country benefit from the fact that for the past 21 years, Texas has been the sixth state Tim and Kerry have called home.  In addition, prior to moving here from Indianapolis, they each traveled coast to coast in their corporate sales positions.  That experience has proven to be most helpful while helping folks move here from areas we have actually visited.  We don't think it's a big advantage to those who tout being "Native Texans"...As a matter of fact, we think that's a distinct disadvantage for people moving here from a state other than Texas...We've been elsewhere and we can relate.
