Over the years I have worked equally as either a buyers agent or as a listing agent. I continue to take classes and stay very aware of what is happening in the real estate market. I sell primarily in the residential market both within city limits and rural areas. I love working with the first time home buyer to be a part of their exciting experience of purchasing their first home being able to explain all the facts that are vital in their purchase. I also work with many experienced buyers in all price ranges. The types of homes I list vary from the small townhome/condo to the 500,000 executive home. Every client is valuable and unique regardless of price range. I just want to be a part of finding a home that fits the clients needs, is safe, constructed well and will always make for a good resale. My goal is for the client to be so happy with the result that in five years or whenever they are moving, they want to do business with me again.
