| I sold my rental property in California and then planned a 2 day trip to Bend to find a replacement rental property. In order to accomplish this challenge, I needed a real estate agent who would do a lot of the leg work ahead of time so I only needed to visit the most appropriate options. I researched agents on line and fortunately choose Linda. She went right to work even though she had no idea who I was or even if I were a "real buyer". I looked at the listings she sent, commented on them and then she previewed the properties giving me the benefit of her experience and knowledge of the Bend area. Together we came up with the final list which was more than manageable during my two day visit. She had the listings color coded for me along with their locations on a map so I could get my bearings as we drove. I found an excellent property which fit most of my criteria and wrote an offer in time to make my return flight home. Linda negotiated an excellent price for me and called me to congratulate me on my purchase my first night back . Because I was not in the area, Linda did all the work required to complete the transaction. Between Linda and my terrific rental agency (Austin Properties), my rental in Bend is in good hands. |

| Lady worked her butt off for us over a 1.5 year period finding us just the right place. We looked at buildings, homes, lots and everything in between. Even when we lived in Utah and visited the Oregon area when we could she was on top of the search! |

She was on top of every detail and issue that came up and kept me up to speed at every turn. | Linda was great throughout our home buying experience in Central Oregon. She was very knowledgeable, communicated well, and kept us informed during the entire process. We moved from Portland and this was our first home not on public utilities which can be overwhelming at times when purchasing. She did an excellent job explaining all the ins and outs of "country living" and never hesitated to answer our phone calls and questions.
