It's like BOGO for real estate agents! Two heads are better than one!
But seriously, I believe our greatest skills would have to be our vast experience and knowledge in the many aspects and steps it takes to complete real estate transaction.
Shawn Miller, a former home inspector turned REALTOR, can almost immediately spot potential issues in a home that would need to be or should be addressed prior to buying or selling a home. He also has the uncanny ability to spot items that most buyers and sellers would overlook or not think twice about. Most likely it’s still that inspector mentality running through his veins. Not only can he spot items, but he can explain in simple terms why and how something is not right and how to correct it. This helps make the process from home inspections through appraisals go smoothly.
With brains and beauty, Angela Miller has spent most of her adult life in one aspect or another in the real estate process. From loan processing to loan closings and from title services to escrow closing, she really knows her stuff. She really can set buyers (especially first time buyers) and sellers at ease with the whole process and easily explain what steps take place in order to close on a transaction. Many buyers and sellers don’t fully understand the entire process. Heck, many real estate agents don’t fully understand either!
With all the technical aspects aside, our main job is to listen to the clients. Finding out what their needs and wants are and helping them attain their goal.
