Experience
Graham Sadler arrived in Savannah over 20 years ago, and brought with him from England a fascination with historic buildings, and an enthusiasm for downtown living. An Associate Broker, he has been with Mopper-Stapen, Realtors since early 2003, and prior to that was with the prestigious Ford Plantation.
Graham specializes in historic properties, especially in the Landmark and Thomas Square districts, working with residential, commercial, and investment buyers and sellers. Graham has also been involved with a number of condominium conversion projects, including a great many Broughton Street lofts. He is currently involved with the 1950's era Drayton Tower, a high profile 12-story condo conversion, as a listing agent and an investor.
Integrity
Graham is pursuing his CCIM designation, a national commercial real estate sales certificate that combines course work and a comprehensive examination with a portfolio of experience in commercial property investment. He also holds the GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designation and is a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors, being a continuing member of the Distinguished Sales Society.
Personal
Graham's concern for old buildings is not confined to his career; he is a Past President of the Historic Savannah Foundation where he helped to reinvigorate the Revolving Fund program which has saved many historic buildings from demolition or neglect. He lives with his wife - attorney Dolly Chisholm - and their two teenagers in an 1821 house on Warren Square.
