I am certified by both the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and the American Institute of Inspectors (A.I.I.).  I am also the President of the Southwest Montana Chapter of NACHI.  Through this chapter, I provide continuing education to NACHI Inspectors in the Gallatin Valley and from as far away as Billings.  My monthly meetings feature local specialists in the building industry who provide informative classes that help us become better inspectors.  Past topics include Boilers:  Installation and Maintenance, Stucco:  Maintenance and Inspection, Electrical: Grounding systems; ignorance can kill!  These meetings are open to anyone in the real estate industry, including inspectors, Realtors, lenders and appraisers.
