Believing that education is knowledge, Terry has earned several advanced designations including her ABR, CDPE, CIPS, CRS, E-Pro, GRI, SRES and is a Broker Owner with her own firm, Terry Bishop Realty. She earned membership in the 100% Club, the Gold Circle, and Executive Club while at Realty Executives. She was at Re/ Max Excalibur for two years before starting her own firm.
Terry served on the Board of Directors of the Hearth Foundation, a non profit started by the Tucson Association of Realtors and the local CRS chapter. Hearth provided housing for homeless women and children. Her past civic contributions include Executive Board Member and Treasurer of the Tucson Symphony Women's Association for several years.
She is a member of the Tucson Chamber of Commerce, the Tucson Better Business Bureau, and the Tucson Convention and Visitor's Bureau. She is a Tucson Ambassador.

Terry's knowledge of the Tucson real estate market is extensive. Many of her clients are repeat clients or referrals from previous clients. She always enjoys meeting new people and working with new buyers and sellers.
Residential real estate is Terry's speciality, although she has taken classes for her CCIM. As a Buyer's Agent, Terry listens to what buyers want and then tries to find the area of Tucson which best suits their needs, as well as a home with the appropriate amenities. She works with buyers from around the world using today's technology.
