Get to Know Terri Buseman
I have lived in the South Loop since 1985 and with my husband am raising of family of 3 children. I know what family life is like in an urban setting and know what the benefits and challenges are that families deal with on a daily basis. I love living in the city and in particular the South Loop.
I love helping families sell and buy their way into the home that will keep them in the neighborhood. Many people just trade up and end up staying, furthermore contributing to the success of the area. The South Loop is filled with a diverse community, one person more interesting than the next. I am proud of the people who live here and I am proud to help them with their real estate needs.
I have achieved my GRI, E-Pro and Broker Associate designations and I still have a desire to keep learning about my profession and the real estate business. I feel that my clients benefit from a Realtor who is willing to learn and stay on top of this ever changing industry.

Certifications
My specific areas of expertise is the South Loop, West Loop, Loop and in particular families in these same areas. I love dealing with all cycles of life, because we have it all in The South Loop. We have everything from rental units, to Single Family Home, to Senior Citizen Housing.
I help a variety of clients from recent college graduates to empty nest couples who are downsizing. Each transaction has different aspects but always the same award, the perfect place!

| My wife and I recently listed our townhouse in the South Loop and engaged Terri Buseman as our realtor for the sale. Terri helped us determine a list price and advised us anytime she felt it would be best to lower it. Even though we had it listed in the Fall and Winter, she had a few open houses for us. Over the period of our listing agreement, the townhouse was shown over fifty times, either by Terri or her associate Molly. We always received feedback after a showing, with suggestions when they were needed. The townhome sold in February and closed in late March. Her input to the appraiser was critical, and the sale was both smooth and very profitable. Terri is the ultimate real estate professional, and I would recommend her services to anyone, especially in the South Loop. |

| In a slow market (where too many condos are for sale), with a little patience and a great realtor, we were able to sell our place for the price we wanted! Starting with our initial meeting, Terri offered insight on what buyers look for and recommendations to prepping the home without making big investments. Between her website, emails, brochures (with fantastic photos!) and open houses, we felt our property was publicized and got attention. Terri worked hard to accommodate interested parties with showings, while being sensitive to our family and work schedules. She kept up-to-date with market trends and home sales and shared that knowledge consistently. Having someone trustworthy to handle all of the paper-work for a closing was a load off our shoulders. And when we needed to find a quick rental, we turned to Terri - and the task was completed within a very short time frame. Terri is always upbeat; she is hard working; she is persistent, without being pushy. We were very fortunate and happy to have Terri as our realtor and highly recommend her. |
