I have been a Nevada licensee and a member of the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors "GLVAR" since 2001. As a GLVAR member I am able to access the entire multiple listing service network for Southern Nevada. Continued education is paramount as a Realtor. My most recent designations achieved are Short Sale & Foreclosure "SFR" Certified and GREEN Certified. The SFR certification means that I have obtained advanced training in the area of distressed properties; foreclosures and short sales. The GREEN Designation displays knowledge and awareness of energy effeciences and consumer trends for natural and environmental resources to improve our local footprint.
