Choosing a realtor is a tough choice in today's market. As the market changes you should be extremely picky about your choice of an agent. Your realtor should be knowledgable of thier area of expertise and also trustworthy, not to mention reliable. As a realtor I pride myself in dependability as well as honesty. Purchasing or selling a home is an enormous and stressful time if you try to do it on your own. I am a mother and a grandmother and I treat people as I would like my own family to be treated. I am not your typical pushy sales person. The home buying or selling process is my job and I am always here for my clients.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Texas Association of Realtors. My local affiliation is the Williamson County Association of Realtors. The Williamson County Association of Realtors has been a wonderful Association to be affiliated with throughout my years as a realtor. They strive to educate realtors on all the changes happening in the market today.
I currently work in the Williamson and Burnet County areas as I live in the Bertram area. The Bertram area is located in Burnet County, but is so close to the Williamson County line that I currently work both areas. Seeing as the location of Bertram I have chosen to join both Austin and Highland Lakes Area multple listing services so I can serve my clients to the fullest. This means that I can list your property on both mls systems which will give your property twice as much exposure.
I have worked with numerous buyers and first time buyers and have suceeded in acheiving thier goals. With twice the mls information, you have more home choices when you are ready to purchase a home. I am a graduate of the Realtor Institute and have earned my GRI designation. My education and experience has allowed me to suceed in the market. I have sold ranches, land, manufactured homes with land as well as low end and high end homes. I pride myself as being versatile and love working for my clients.
