Twenty-one years in Real Property Management with the Department of the Air Force/Massachusetts Air National Guard as a civilian.
Married to my bride Toni Powers for 42 years. We have two adult daughters (Erin & Hollie) who have graced us with five grandchildren (Stacia, Riley, Cashel, Emma, and Fionna).
I am a cancer beater/survivor twice (lymphoma) and finally getting back to a normal life after eight years of recuperation. The "chemo treatments" took my energy away. Also I am a Notary Public. Both the real estate and notary work had to be sidelined.
At 73 years I am entering a new career.
Would like to hear from folks opening a real estate business or in business for many years that might help me make a success in my own company at this time of my life.

From 1993-2005 I was the Real Property Manager for the Otis Air National Guard Base, Office of the Base Civil Engineer. Dealt mainly with federal and state government use of both land, buildings, and infrastructure owned or leased by the Department of the Air Force on the Massachusetts Military Reservation. Usually required licenses, permits, leases, and on occasion a transfer of ownership for temporary trailers while new buildings were constructed.
Family-owned business. Real estate broker since 1978. My company serves both buyer & seller to the complete & amicable transaction. No one goes home hurt. Also Notary Public services available.
