My goal in selling real estate is always people first. Their needs wants and desires all play a big part in the purchase and sell of a home. When thinking of how I want to be preceived my first thought is Quality Service and respect for my craft is the at the top.
I started out listening and learning to what the people where saying about what they wanted and how they talked about it. With the desire and emotions that are linked into the process it makes you think about how I must proceed with there utmost posession. Respect and confidentiality is at the foremost start of our journey from the first meet to closing and walking away from the closing table.
With the era in which we live the internet, smart phone, apps, laptops and tablets you must be on the cutting edge and always learning what the buyers use and how. Then we must do it the way they want to be inform in return is a must for todays real estate agent.
My hobbies are many like most folks. I live in the south where there are plenty of things to do. I love to fly fish and be outdoors. I was taught to shoot a bow and arrow, sling shot and a gun when I was young. And respect the use of all who enjoys the sport. Playing chess whether in person or on the internet with someone half a world away is always enjoyable. Woodworking is something I have learned from my stepdad growing up. And always loved to help him with projects. To teach my daughter to fish was one of the best things in life. And now with the other grand kids teaching them to fish is now a new project. So living and loving the life in the south is at its best.
