| Team Doan was totally professional. We live in CT and sent her a list of properties we wanted to see. They narrowed our list by neighborhood, quality of construction and features we were looking for. We were in Florida for one week and purchased our condo. They took care of all of the closing and made the arrangements for the inspection, notified the tenants and were present for the inspections. Then sent the inspection findings to us to approve and from there they walked us step by step to closing. I would recommend them to anyone who asked. They went up and above what we expected. I live in Vineland, New Jersey, and was visiting my sister in Cape Coral and was looking around the neighborhood at houses and spotted one and called the name on the sign and it was Team Doan. They showed me the house the day before I was to go home and when I got home they got the ball rolling. They sent me a virtual video of my home; we did all the paperwork by email and cell phone. Caroline and Scott went way behind the call of duty. They called me on weekends, always called me back no matter how simple the questions were. | We received excellent care when we bought our house through Caroline and Scott. We were living in Michigan at the time and received constant updates to the housing market both by phone and by e-mail from Team Doan. When we decided to fly down to look at some of the houses, They picked us up in the morning from our hotel, and then spent the next 10 hours driving us around Ft. Myers and Cape Coral to look at the houses in the price range we specified. That night my wife and I spent several hours picking our top 3, and a couple days later Caroline and Scott picked us up again to re-visit our top 3. We ended up placing a bid that very day, and ended up buying that house. Team Doan also led us toward a fantastic local mortgage lender. We have run into many obstacles in our searches, at times we were ready to give up but Caroline and Scott were right there to give us advise and hope. | Caroline and Scott are extremely knowledgeable of today's real estate environment, especially in the Lee and Collier Counties, Florida area. They are very flexible and will work with your schedule when showing houses, discussing properties, etc. they are diligent, responsive and follow through with what they says. | I had the pleasure of meeting Caroline and Scott when we traveled down from Indianapolis, In to find a house in Ft. Myers. We have been working with a realtor in Ft. Myers, and had informed her we would be down at a certain time to look for houses. We had been talking and emailing each other for over a month, and when we got to FL she had left on vacation, but left her assistant in charge. We met her on a Tuesday and things were ok then she informs us that they didn't sell houses on Friday in Ft Myers. So I contacted Caroline and Scott and told them actually what we were looking for and not to waste our time because we had already wasted enough time with the other realtor and we had a few days left before returning home. I called them that morning and by that afternoon they had several homes for us to see and they were all great. Early afternoon they had shown us the one we liked and then they helped us contact the mortgage co and everything went so smoothly. They saved us money by getting in contact with an insurance agent for house insurance, and a great inspector. Everyone they recommended did a fantastic job. I can say we were very very lucky to have had them as our agents, and now we have become friends. They are a very honest and not pushy. | I recently purchased a home with the help of Caroline and Scott. This is my fourth home purchase, additionally; I have sold three homes through various realtors. Caroline are Scott are by far the most dedicated, patient, professional, hardworking, friendliest, and tenacious of all. During the process we encountered numerous problems with issues such as an open permit problem, a listing error by another realtor, that required renegotiation, and a few financing/closing issues.
