Mario De La Mora is an experienced loan officer who has been in the Real Estate industry for over 10 years. He began working as an Account Manager for a Title Insurance company. While in the Title industry he spent most of his time training new realtors and mortgage professionals. He found it much more rewarding working with buyers and home owners directly and in 2007 became a loan officer. Since then he has focused on finding the most competitive rates and special programs for his clients. Whether they have excellent or difficult credit history he works hard at meeting their financial goals. He prides himself in keeping integrity in the business and works on building lifelong relationships with each and every client.

Reverse Annuity Mortgage Allows borrowers to retain ownership of their property and receive a monthly check representing a portion of the equity in the property. No money is due until the property is sold, the owner dies, or an agreed upon date is reached.
