Real Estate is a second career for me. After graduating from Texas A & M University in 1972, I spent 29 years in hi-tech with Texas Instruments, Dell Computer, and Compaq Computer Corporation. My career was in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, and Strategic Alliances. This career was primarily focused on negotiating contracts, cost savings, just in time (JIT) deliveries, and quality. During this time, I also had the opportunity to attend Crosby Quality College, and Juran Quality Training. The negotiating and contract aspects of that career converted over very nicely into the real estate career.
I just recently joined Realty Associates brokerage after almost 7 years with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors. I was recognized for being in the Top 20% nationwide in 2005.
My real estate business is made up of primarily commercial real, some residential real estate, leasing and property management, and owning and operating a mini warehouse.
