Trisha has been in professional sales, marketing and sales management over 25 years, selling real estate since 2002. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design and an extensive career in related fields, the switch to real estate seemed a natural when moving away from the big cities to a simpler life in rural Sequim. She and her husband Michael and three children have enjoyed living on the beautiful Olympic Peninsula since 1999.

| Talk about patience coupled with good humor. That's Trisha Cobb. She worked with us to find a home in Sequim for over a year as we were trying to sell our house in Sammamish. She was never pushy, but patiently showed us several properties each time we had the opportunity to come to Sequim to look. There was no guarantee that we would be able to buy, at least not right away. But Trisha hung in there with us and treated us as if we were cash buyers ready to go. We highly (!) recommend her!! |

| Bought a home in 2015 in Sequim, WA. Trisha was very responsive in both the looking and closing aspects. She picked up quickly on what we were looking for in a house--so our search was streamlined. She was very helpful in negotiating terms and once contract was accepted she was still available to help us navigate all the paperwork. She went over and above during the negotiating phase by arming herself with comp justifications for our offer when presenting to the sellers. She even helped us determine if and how our furniture would work by drawing out the layout of the house we selected. | Trisha Cobb did a remarkable job selling my mother's house. My mother had passed away and we only had a short time to handle the house, since we live out of state. The day after we initially talked to Trisha, she had started the process to sell the house. She coordinated the house to be cleaned out, cleaned up, painted inside, new light fixtures, and put in a carbon monoxide detector (by herself). The house was totally move in ready and the first person who saw it, bought the house. It closed 3 weeks later. Everything was handled on the internet with the latest technology. We even signed papers for the closing at home. She was easy to work with and we would highly recommend her. |
