It's a city that is relatively new (incorporated in 1987) and well planned. It has excellent, blue-ribbon schools, high tech businesses, lots of great entertainment opportunities, paseos (walkways that connect one community with another,) and it’s one of the safest cities in the country for a city this size. Although the population is about 250,000 people, it has a small town feeling and is very family-friendly. My kids grew up here and had great opportunities. Like most residents, we simply enjoy living here!
Prior to working in real estate, I was an educator and also worked in sales and recruitment. In these roles, I developed strong communication skills and an ability to put my clients at ease. Unlike other agents, I never represent both buyer and seller. Some agents do that so they get both the buyer and seller commission. That’s like a lawyer who tries to represent both the plaintiff and defendant in a lawsuit. It doesn’t work. In fact, I think it’s unethical. I represent and negotiate for you--and only you!
