Get to Know Kelly Vinson
Hi, I'm Kelly Vinson and I assist buyers and sellers who want to make informed decisions in today's real estate market. I became a REALTOR in 2003, after a 12 year teaching career (which means I'm a great REALTOR). Becoming a successful REALTOR was important to me because people need to have a basis for their decision making. Our buyers and sellers need to know what they are choosing to do and why it is or isn't the best decison for them. My goal is to give them the information to make an educated decision. Many times, first time home buyers or single women buyers want to be taught/informed, not told to do something.
Real estate, though very full time, allows me to devote time to my family (Wife and Mom), my church (AWANA Leader), Girl Scout Leader, and neighborhood chaufeer each weekday morning. Prior to real estate, I spent 12 years as a teacher, a trainer, and workshop leader.

While my specialized area is Buck Lake and the 32317 zip code, I do have a team of highly qualified professionals who list homes in Leon, Wakulla, Jefferson, and Gadsden Counties. We also have agents all across the United States and in Canada. We've even got referral networks in other countries.
We work to match each buyer with a specific Buyer's Consultant who walks a buyer from a 30 minute consultantion, through prequalification with a lender, to searching for the 'right' house, to writing a strong contract, through all home inspections, negotiations, and then attends closing.
We love first time home buyers! First time home buyers are enthusiastic. They are excited about the process and tell all of their friends about their fabulous REALTOR. Not only that, but that first time buyer will probably sell that house in 5-7 years and move up. Who will they use? Us, of course. Why? Because we gave them fantastic service from consultation to close AND we kept in contact with them AND they know our level of integrity.
Sellers? Yes, we list and sell property too. Again, we have a team of agents who have specific areas we target throughout Tallahassee. Your REALTOR will have a thourough knowledge of your area, the schools, shopping, pricing, absorption rates, and other statistics to help you make informed decisions about when to sell, for how much, and about how long it will take at specific price points.
