Tami has called York home for most of her life and loves the area! She graduated from Dallastown Area High School and obtained her associates degree in Fashion Merchandising from Bradley Academy for the Visual Arts. While Real Estate may seem like a very different business from art and fashion, Tami has used her marketing and merchandising expertise to create a successful career in Real Estate. Tami has been a licensed Realtor since 1992 and has been involved in many facets of the business including marketing commercial real estate and apprenticing for one of York's leading appraisal firms. Tami admits she enjoys residential real estate the most because "It's so rewarding to know you have helped someone fulfill their dream of owning a home."
Tami is married to her husband, Bobby Behler who is a Commercial Broker. Together, they have four children; 12 year old twins, Jesse & Maslyn, Danielle and Jennifer. Tami is active on the Out Door Country Club Board of Directors, the York Junior Miss Program as a big sister/mentor, and she volunteers for the Central York School District at Roundtown Elementary School. She loves to workout, run, ski, read, boat, and most of all, cheer her children on in their various activities and sports!
When Tami first entered the residential real estate business, she focused her attention on helping first time home buyers find their dream home. Now that she has been involved in the real estate business for over 18 years Tami, has helped those same first time home buyers purchase their second, third, and even fourth homes as their needs have changed. With this experience Tami has expanded her business to include high end homes to her repertoire. While familiar with most of York County, Tami is especially knowledgeable in the Central York, Dallastown, Dover, and West York School districts. In our current market, Tami relies on the expertise she gained during her time as an apprentice for an appraisal firm. The experience has been a valuable asset for her residential clients because this market demands an agent who has experience in pricing a property correctly to appeal to buyers and cumulating ina successful transaction.
