While other national firms are predominantly based in downtown Orlando, the SVN/Paradigm team's office is based in Lake Mary, one of Orlando's strongest submarkets. With the growth potential in these submarkets and Lake Mary as the jumping off point to them all, the team projects a pipeline in excess of $200 million plus gross sales from the growth of the emerging submarkets. He currently resides in Lake Mary, a suburb of Orlando, with his wife and three boys.
