Provide constant feedback to my sellers informing them of market conditions and changes that affect their pricing as well as feedback offered by buyers or their agents. Customize an effective marketing plan and put the plan into action. Provide all necessary forms and explain those forms required by North Carolina law and ensure all parties are prepared for closing of the real estate transaction by an attorney. Last but not least listen to my clients and their needs.
