Me and my wife are somewhat and have always been the type that looks for the loop holes, games etc. From day one you didn’t play games you didn’t lead us astray. You were on point and everything you said was true and professional. Even if you didn’t know you would tell us you would get back with us after you had done some research. And again you always delivered. We had been through so many houses, and conversations with other people but from day one when we talked you made us feel as if we were the only people looking for a home. We wanted to see a house, you delivered on the spot, you worked with our time schedule, you delivered. Even while we were on vacation hundreds of miles away you worked everything out and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. | "It has truly been a pleasure working with Tara Gutierrez. In spite of many, and I do mean many, obstacles that were put in her path, including everything from two obstinate and uncooperative lenders to a seller (me) who called constantly asking, “When is this house going to sell?” Tara remained calm and efficient and did not let any of these reduce her commitment to me. I truly did not understand what Tara meant when she said that this was a lengthy process but she hung in there with me. She is truly a gem and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone who needs real estate services!" |

| "Tara came to our home on a Monday, we signed contracts, she took pictures, got us on MLS on Tuesday. Our home was shown one time on Wednesday, four times on Friday and five times on Saturday. Sunday we had two (2) cash buyers at our sales price. By the following Tuesday all contracts were signed and oh my gosh we had just had 30 days to get moved. So it started with getting the movers lined up. (We were moving from Colorado Springs to Texas.) We did not have a place yet to move. Everything to storage in Texas, Hello Son & wife. This is all happening too fast thanks to Tara. Tara is smart, knowledgeable, honest (or tells it like it is), hard worker, etc. She takes her job and makes it a pleasure not a job. | "So I’m asking the Lord for His help in replacing the agent I just let go. “I am across the country; how am I going to pick an effective seller?”, I ask Him. “Initiative”, He says. My phone beeps. “I’m motivated here–oh, you mean a seller’s agent with initiative. Good point.” I flip my phone over to hide the distracting blinking light. “How am I going to find a real estate agent with initiative? hmmm…” After several minutes of trying to figure this out, I finally look at the phone, niggling at me. It’s a text from someone who wants to sell my house for me. I hate unsolicited messages! “hrmmmm–” “–oh, wait! That’s initiative!” I called Tara and got a perfect elevator pitch. She did in 6 weeks what her predecessor couldn’t do in 6 months: sold a challenging house at the desired price. Her initiative and thoughtful diligence throughout got the job done." |
