I have lived in the Ventura Beach and Keys neighborhoods for the past 10 years. My family is very active in the community; charities, social and school programs, the arts,  city-sponsored programs for children and families and various Moms groups (such as MOPS). My husband has been living in Ventura for 25 years. We both have a passion for real estate and have been following sales, styles, trends in the market for many many years.
