Get to Know Steve Turkstra
I am a life long Holland resident and know the area very well. I enjoy helping people learn about the homes they may be buying. I have been remodeling homes since 1980 and started building in 1988.
My inspections are easy to schedule and usually done in a day or 2 from the 1st call. The home inspections reports are completed within 24 hours or less and are emailed as a PDF file inculding all the pictures I take during the walk thru.
I encourage all buyers to be at the inspections so we can talk about any issues that are found during the inspection. I enjoy passing on as much knowledge and tips on how to do it themselves or who to call as I can.
The best comment I like to hear when I am inspecting is "you do look at everything".
