Get to Know Amanda Adams
I am a long time resident of the Lake Tahoe area. Like so many other locals, I spent a year working at a local Ski Resort. While there I fell in love with Ryan who was also an employee. We were married in 2003, and have two young children.
One of my beliefs is that it is necessary to be involved in local associations and organizations. I have been involved in the South Tahoe Association of REALTORS® as a member of the MLS Committee for 2005 - 2008 serving as MLS Chairperson in 2007 - 2008, on the Board of Directors in 2006 - 2008, and served on the Executive Committee as Vice President, President Elect, and the 2011 President. I have also been on the California Association of REALTORS® MLS Business & Technology Committee during 2008 - 2011 and served on the State Board of Directors during 2009 - 2011. Ryan supports me in all of my volunteer work, and is instrumental in my success.
I have been honored by my fellow REALTORS® by receiving the "Rookie of the Year" award in 2005, "Unsung Hero" award in 2008, and the "Distinguished Service" award in 2007 and again in 2009.

Residential, Land, and Income Property agent for the Lake Tahoe area. Primarily working in the south shore areas including Tahoe Keys, Montgomery Estates, Pioneer Trail, Meyers, Upper Truckee, and Stateline. Experience working with buyers and sellers on short sales and bank-owned properties (aka - Foreclosures/REO's).
