With over 20 years in the mortgage business and constantly seeking out training and knowledge of my industy, becoming a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist was the next step in seperating myself from the rest of the pack.  As real estate broker and a industry leader in my community I feel it is very important to educate myself, clients and the public  about what is happening in the mortgage industry now and in the future.  I publish weekly articles in our local news paper, meet with various real estate companies and their agents to empower them with the knowledge and confidence to go out and speak intelligently about the real estate industry as a whole.

Today I see a mortgage loan, more than ever, not as it once was but instead as a financial tool that needs to be tied into a clients long term and short term personal and financial plan.  I have dedicated myself to my community and my clients to truly care about what happens to us all.
